My lmp was 24th april I did tvs on 12th june in which g sac found 7.2 mm corresponding to 4 week 6 days again I did tvs on 25th june irregular g sac found of 8.6mm corresponding to 5 weeks 2 days , no fetal pole and yolks sac seen In report written failure of first trimester gestation What does it mean, is there any chances my pregnancy can survive Pls help

Did you have irregular cycles? As there is no interval growth also between two scans... Looks like failing pregnancy.. Repeat scan in 2 weeks

Hi dear If ur cycles r regular every month then on 12th June u ll be already 7 weeks ..but according to ur investigation bcoz of thyroid and prolactin hormone dates may be irregular

If there is no fetal pole you can wait for 1 week and do a repeat ultrasound

Take injection Proluton depo 500 micrograms twice a week for a week Capsule Susten 200 mg twice a day for a week Continue Fol 123 Repeat ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestational sac and fetal pole after a week Continue Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month
