Hey I had my last period on January 10th And this month I missed my period I got physical on 27th January And took some urine tests Thats showing Weakly pregnant I took a blood test too It's showing 119.9 HCG serum Am not able to understand the reports Is it positive or negative?

Beta hcg of 119 definitely suggests u r pregnant. However its too low to indicate a healthy pregnancy. Do an ultrasound pelvis to rule out any abnormal pregnancy or rare possibility of ectopic pregnancy
