Pregnancy Termination
Hi my friend is having 5 week pregnancy as confirmed by Ultrasound. She was suggested to take MTP  medicines, but they didn't worked as at tht time she was also taking transaxemic acid 250 mg for pigmentation. When she visited the gynaecologist after 48 hrs of taking misoprostol, her gynaecologist again prescribed to repeat the complete kit. Now she has taken Mifepristone on Monday around 12.30 pm and misoprostol today around 8 am. After taking misoprostol today, cramps started for some time, and there is little brownish discharge for some time, but still the complete blood flow has not started. Wht should be the next step ? Shall she again repeat the dosage of misoprostol tomorrow morning , as tomorrow it will be 24 hrs after taking misoprostol or she should wait more.
