Pregnancy test faint line image attached
My last menstrual period began on March 12th. This month, I experienced spotting on April 14th, followed by no bleeding on April 15th and 16th. On April 17th, I noticed very light bleeding only once in the evening. There was no bleeding on April 18th, but I experienced another episode of light bleeding on April 19th. On April 20th, there was no bleeding, prompting me to take a pregnancy urine test. The pregnancy test results showed one dark line and another very faint line on both April 20th and 21st. I immediately checked the results and found the faint line present on both occasions. I am confused about the interpretation of these results and seek your expertise in understanding them. I am particularly concerned about the possibility of pregnancy due to the faint line on the test. However, I have not experienced abdominal pain or nausea, which are commonly associated with pregnancy. Additionally, I am anemic, which adds complexity to the situation.please help me
