After 7days of expected period and again after 10tg day of expected pds if first test I'd negative. And can start tab Duphastone 10mg once a day.for 10days.

You cn check the pregnancy right away..do a urine pregnancy test.
If the test s negative then wait for a week and repeat it if your periods dont come.
Or else do a beta hcg blood test right away to clear the confusion
