Hello i missed my period for 13 days did 3 pregnancy test at home and its negative ? what could be the reason

Need to know if you have any previously Diagnosed disease like pcos ?
It may be due to some other problems also.
Wait for some more days.
Then go for some investigation. May repeat pregnancy test after 7days if period not start.
