My 14th day fs showed right ovary 21×19 n left nil endo 10.8 n we were asked to have sex alternate days n on 17th day fs it showing 35×33 right ovary hornolyi cyst and left ovary nil doctor asked to us have alternate days sex n come next month is it possible to get pregnant or not

Chances of pregnancy are definitely there but less , if the right ovary shows a haemorrhagic cyst that means follicle has not ruptured on its own.
If you were not given a trigger shot then ask your doc to give inj for follicle rupture in next cycle
