Pregnancy weight gain
Hello doctor, I am 30 weeks pregnant now and I have been really worried about the pregnancy weight gain which is around 15 kgs already. Is it normal? Will I still be able to make it for a vaginal delivery? Is there any way I can control weight gain in the next few weeks?

Gaining more than 2 kgs in a month is not normal.over all weight gain in pregnancy is 10-12 kgs for a person with normal pre pregnancy weight .weight gain in pregnancy is often linked with pre- eclampsia.attend your ante natal check ups regularly .please follow a healthy diet and regular walking or light exercises.
