Hi,I am pregnant with 6 weeks.Also i have endometriosis of size 2.5 cm on left ovary and 1cm in right ovary.what are the chances for full time pregnancy and what precautions should i take.

Hello , your endometrioma is not so big . You can have full term pregnancy.
You need to follow the general precautions as advised by your obstetrician.
if this is natural conception , no other special precautions for endometrioma are required as of now .
Take folic acid supplement. progesterone support at least for 9 weeks of gestation.
