Pregnancy with no penetration?
My boyfriend and i did oral many times and one time his sperm was wiped on the outside of my vagina. I did my best to wipe it off and all of that. Then, two days later i had my period and everything was fine. We did oral a few days after my period and i dont believe any semen was introduced to my vagina. But now im getting weird very very light cramps (in luteal phase) 10 days before my period and ive had breast tenderness off and on since ovulation, if i did ovulate. is this all in my head?

See at best you cannot do anything now except waiting for periods. Next time be cautious and use protection like condoms, and spermicidal gel.
For this time get an UPT done if periods didn't occur.
Also you didn't mention how much time have lapsed since the contact.
