Pregnant headaches
Hi I'm just over 13 weeks pregnant and getting constant head aches, I've been told to only take panadol but it doesn't help at all I was hoping to be able to take Advil as that's always worked for me in the past? Is there anything safe to take other then panadol? I defiantly do not want To harm my baby at all

I understand ur concern, headache is pregancy is quite normal don't worry,,it can be due to acidity or constipation..drink lots of water, fruit juice ..try to avoid meds as much as possible during pregnancy ..
