Regarding life style 1) no heavy work, little bit house hold work you can do 2) bending should be avoided 3) no exercise without medical supervision 4) meditation and yoga ( little bit) can be done Monthly check up , If any problem may contact ,, Few investigations Few USG Take pregnancy positively Take care Best of luck

In the first three months of pregnancy , some patient have some or the other food cravings , or some kind of smell or taste related problems . Kindly take a consult and start some medicines for vomit and she has an element of allergy so tell her to stay away from dust . And get a ultrasonography done

Get a sonography done , at three months NT scan is required

Along with Hb her entire pregnancy profile should be done
