There is no issue if you're not experiencing any nause, giddiness , morning sickness etc as 10%~20% pregnant woman do not experience these symptoms at all throughout pregnancy whereas few experience it in the later months. You're doing fine,just make sure to get regular antenatal checkups done as suggested by your obstetrician and get ultrasounds done as prescribed each trimester.

Get all antenatal investigations done and usg for fetoplacental profile. Some women don't experience nausea/vomiting of pregnancy or any pain /discomfort and fetal movement perception can't be expected so soon.
