Sir iam using altris 5 solution from 3 months during this course can i apply parachute oil before doing headbath ?

Yaaa you can use parachute oil. There is not a problem with it. But try to use less frequently because oil increases chances of dandruff in more anount. Are you getting benefits from altris. Continue it but for a long time to see the benefits. Its a good brand
