Premature ejaculation is not an illness. It's due to sensitivity or anxiety. If we deal them u will be fine with sex timing. Just delay the orgasm.
The primary treatment for premature ejaculation is SSRI like prodep or pari cr. These Medication works in long term. The Medication which helps immediately are Dejac T, Duralast, TD pill, Duraplus. There are special design Condom and spray which has anesthesia inside to reduce sensitivity like Climax spray , extended pleasure condoms.
