Premature ejaculation is said to exist when a person ejaculates semen before entering the partner or within one minute of doing it. Since you seem to enjoy 2-3 minutes, it is not premature ejaculation.
You may want to have longer sex, but thats something that has to be elarnt and cannot be mastered by everyone. But for that you will have to meet a qualified sexologist in your area.
If you are NOT married and are having sex with your friend, then in such relationships early ejaculation is natural as it is a sign of urgency and extreme excitement.
