Hi nothing to worry about. In many cases dapoxitien (Duralast) don’t work. So nothing to worry about. Instead you can use xylocaine jelly for long lasting results. Check my YouTube channel- Tandon’s clinic I have given Video regarding Premature ejacultion, it will be helpful for you.

it very easy to write tadalafil or viagara or dapoxetine or antidepressent but it is not permanent solution.i need more information about your problen as mastubation history ETC for proper assessment
