I'm taking Brahmi & Mentat (it was Prescribed by the doctor), but they are causing Digestion Issues
I'm into Sports & this affects my performance.
Should I take Saraswatarishtha & Shankapushpi? Or Any Alternative to these medicines which won't cause any digestion issues?

I think you are not used to ayurvedic medicines. You may reduce the dose initially to avoid any gastric issues.
