Hello Doctor, I recently got myself tested for HbsAg (As my Rotary blood donation report said my blood tested positive for HBV).
The result says, Hepatitis B surface antigen is Reactive, and Patient value is 2426.12.
I have attached the report.
What further steps should I take?

You need to see a Hepatologist and get a work up done. You will need hepatitis B DNA, Liver function tests and an ultrasound before deciding whether it needs treatment.
