Presyncope
I am having presyncope feelings since 2-3 days... feelings of warmth hot flashes suddenly... but whole day of dizziness and as if heart stopping..heart rate is 72-80 though all day... also pressure in upper back... had ecg, echo, CT head contrast some time ago... no earlier history of syncope or family history of cardiac/neuro problems...
