Is it safe to apply curd before having bath on the heat rashes (ghamoriya) that my 3 months old baby has got on his neck?

Dont apply curd.It can cause allergic skin reaction

prickly heat at 3 months is uncommon.Many a times it is due to allergy which is caused by massaging and dettol in cloths
