Hi I have quit smoking and since then feeling acid reflux in chest and mount bad odour and problem in gums

Hi it’s nice thing.. Symptoms of nicotine withdrawal for smokers include: intense cravings for nicotine tingling in the hands and feet sweating nausea and abdominal cramping constipation and gas headaches coughing sore throat insomnia difficulty concentrating anxiety irritability depression.. If it’s gum issue.. than pls get a routine check up

You can get scaling and polishing of teeth done . Maintain good oral hygiene, use a good mouthwash and drink plenty of fluids. That will reduce mouth odour. Bad breath can also be due to acidity. Consult a gastroenterologist to get your acidity under control.
