  4. Problem in breathing. Problem starts!

Problem in breathing
Some months back I was having cold and during those time I started breathing through mouth. Now the cold is gone but I still feel difficulty in breathing through nose. When I inhale air through nose I have to put effort in doing it. Whenever I am near ac or under fan I get cold and the problem starts
