I am a student( 19 years) doing graduation along with CA. In morning 7-11 is the college and in later 1-7/8pm are my CA classes... due to such a schedule I can't manage the time for exercise.... plz help me out with this.... also suggest an indian vegetarian meal diet to maintain adequate health and fitness

After 8 u can exercise every body has busy schedules u have to change . N in ur diet it depends on ur body wt . Any way u eat a lot of green salad avoid to using deep fried things
