m really sorry you’re going through this—it sounds incredibly tough. The pain you’re feeling, especially in your head, could be linked to all the stress and emotional turmoil you’ve been experiencing. Failing exams and going through a breakup at the same time is overwhelming, and it’s no wonder you’re struggling to sleep. Your mind and body are carrying a lot right now. It might help to reach out to a healthcare professional to address the pain and sleep issues. And talking to a therapist can provide support to help you process everything you’re going through. You’re not alone in this—things can and will get better with the right help.
