This problem is since last few days. Deep breathing creates stresss and while a/c is one suffocation starts in few minutes

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis. If these two are normal it could be anxiety. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.
