Dear client I hope you had uneventful surgery. You have described your illness as depression. Is there sadness all through the day? Is the sensation bothering you more or the actual headaches? You might be having anxiety issues and a gritty sensation of teeth due to tightening of your jaw under stress. You will benefit from meditation and breathing exercises.Take hot steam inhalation. Putting camphor oil to water will help to releive congestion in head.
Next Steps
Get your vision tested. Also get your blood test for anemia.
Health Tips
Ifyou find that you can't cope with these remedies then consult a psychiatrist.
