My self Rajesh Ranjan my right ankle was cracked before 2 month and I taken plaster after removing plaster my all ankle joint are very stiff what a problem

Get fresh x rays Start doing physiotherapy of ankle Stiffness is expected Put ankle in hot water Consult after x ray
