Problems in right side of the body

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I often experience problems in right side of my body...it could be normal pain, injury, pimples, right side headace, abdomen pain, ankle twist or foot pain. Mostly right side is affected. What could be the possible reason? And what shld I do about it.?
