I have already received reply from Senior urologists Dr. Anil Kumar Sanwal, Dr. Budumuru Ramana etc.
I had done more than 12 times semen culture in 5 months. In 8 cases, Staphylococcus aureus appeared in sample. Escherichia coli appeared two times and Klebsiella pneumoniae two times. After taking I.V.Injection Linid 600mg/300ml twice a day for 7 days, Staphylococcus aureus disappeared and growth of Klebsiella pneumoniae appeared as last. I am always symtomatic. Consulted many senior urologist and followed all sensitive antibiotics but my sample got never free from this or that organism. I need suggestions from procto doctors if any treatment plan left.

U will have to share details of culture reports and antibiotic given each time and the duration. And plan for prophylactic antibiotic.
