If you want to go by my advice please don't give her any protein powder. Instead she should take normal diet which provides adequate proteins. If she is non vegetarian she should take at least one egg every day. She should take half a litre of milk in any form. She should take one katori daal in each meal. For vegetarians they should take at least 50 gm of Panir per day. Take daal, Rajma, green leafy vegetables . If she likes the taste , she should take one multi-grain roti per day. The cost of my recipe will be less than cost of protein powder.
