Helo doc protein trace is detected in urine routine of my 5.5 months old baby plus pus cell are 3-4... Rest of the report is normal... Pls suggest is this normal???

Hello.
This is a classic example of getting worried without reason. Normally 3-4 pus cells can indicate a contaminated sample as well. You really need to corelate the report with your child's clinical condition. If your child is asymptomatic and healthy then just ignore the occasional pus cells in urine report.
