Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) is >100 ng.ml
Heavy pain during urine pass and it is very slow even...please help with next step and let me if it is risk to life or it can be treated without surgery.

Psa more than 100 and pain while passing urine usually means one of the 2 things. Either acute prostatic infection called as acute prostatitis or some times even a prostatic cancer
Next Steps
Get an ultrasound kub with pvr to look for amount of urine staying behind and get a urine routine microscopy test done
