Psoriasis is a disease which recurs frequently. it is d nature of that disease. But d frequency of recurrence and intensity can be controlled with medicines and diet.

Ayurveda has very good treatment for psoriasis which includes panchakarma as well as medicines.. Because your condition is chronic, you may require more than 1 courses of panchakarma, but remarkable improvement is usually seen in cases of psoriasis.. Please consult an ayurveda doctor doing authentic practise of panchakarma..
