Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life . It seems that there has been some negative and stressful past event which is causing these distressing symptoms . For better anger management try these techniques-- wash your face with cold water if possible , increase your intake of a drinking water , count backwards from 100-0 , try and take a time out from the situation . Try and talk to close family members and friends and spend quality time with them while engaging in various activities to keep yourself occupied. The more you isolate yourself the more difficult these emotions will become to manage . Try and find some hobby of your choice which will increase your happiness . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through which you can learn healthy and positive coping skills and strategies. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.

Hello Sorry to hear you are facing issues. Low mood, coupled with low energy, lack of concentration, anger outbursts, sleep and appetite issues and suicidal ideas point towards depression. However, there are many causes of the same. Biological, psychological and social. Ideal would be to jot down your issues and speak with a mental health specialist.
Next Steps
Start with speaking to a loved one. If you still feel lost, talk to a mental health specialists like psychiatrist.
Health Tips
Keep and maintain daily routine.
