Psychogenic Erectile Dysfunction
I am a male married for 5 yrs, since initial days due to tightness of vagina and pain of partner could not penetrate and lost erection after tried for few more days could not penetrate due to same problem.
Since the for last 4.5 yrs didn't get erection while trying sex with wife.
But get regular erection while watching porn, or reading some sex stories.

I understand your issues, it looks that the difficulty you face during the initial part of your relationship had a bearing on your current erection problems. Since you erection is good when watching porn , it suggests of psychogenic origin of your problem . Physically I believe you have no issues. Decoding the various sexual and relationship issues with your wife will help in resolving your problems. This can be even supported or supplemented with medication if at all needed
