Psychological health
My friend and I went through a conversation then he adviced me: to know more about social intelligence, because "you always interpret the meanings wrongly" he said. I watch videos and listen to audilbe books. then I refuse the total social intelligence idea because I think that I'm not psychologically healthy because of inner-problems; my parents were careless for all my situations I went through childhood. I think if I'm psychologically healthy maybe I'd accept the idea and will be good with it

Our childhood experiences play a major role in shaping our personality and the way we perceive things in our future life.. it is important to deal with them in a proper manner else me might end up using immature defences, have personality issues or it simply affects our way of living and thinking. It is suggested you consult a therapist who would help you deal with your emotions in a better manner
