Hi One highly effective treatment method for fear of public speaking is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT helps individuals identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs associated with public speaking, and teaches practical coping strategies to manage anxiety and panic attacks. It is recommended to seek out a therapist or psychologist who specializes in CBT and has experience treating social anxiety, specifically fear of public speaking. Additionally, you may also consider seeking out a speech coach or public speaking training program to help improve your skills and confidence in addressing large crowds. These sessions can also provide valuable feedback and techniques for managing nerves and delivering effective presentations. Remember, seeking help is a courageous step towards overcoming your fear, and with the right support and guidance, you can learn to manage your anxiety and thrive in public speaking situations. Good luck on your journey to reclaiming your career and confidence!

Dear User, Facing fear of public speaking is crucial. Start with gradual exposure: practice speaking in smaller groups, then work your way up. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with a psychologist specializing in anxiety can help reframe thoughts and manage panic attacks. Practicing some relaxation techniques like deep breathing may also help. Best Wishes
