Pulling sensation in left eye
My left eyeball feels like it's being pulled from behind on my temporal side. This occurs when I remove my glasses to focus on reading my book. I use spectacles because of myopia with power of -4 and -3 on left and right eye respectively. At this power I have used it for say 3 months. I have been using spects when I was 18. Now I am 22 years old.

Generally minus power glasses are to be used all through the day. Even for reading. Consult local eye dr. Get proper eye check up .

When you read without specs when you have such high power it'll cause difficulties in reading and in ability to focus. I would advise you to wear your specs full time especially since you have a high power and it should be used full time. You should get your eyes checked again and see if the power remained constant and to rule out other problems such as astigmatism. If the problem persists or worsens visit the opthalmologist at the earliest.
