Pulse rate
Hi, I climbed 3 floors with stairs by running with my laptop bag and lunch box. After climbing I was breathing bit fast and my pulse rate was around 170. After 2-3 minutes by breathing became normal and pulse rate came to around 105. Is it normal? Please help Thanks

Don't worry Get an ECG and echo done. It is normal for the heart rate to increase
