Pus in urine test is due to what ??
Blood and urine test done for routine check. Feb test showed pus 10-14 hps and bacterial infection. March test showed 6-8 hps pus and no infection

Kindly repeat a urine culture. That will tell us whether infection is is still there. Ultrasound scan of kidney to be done. Fasting blood sugars creatinine and total count to be done.

Usually pus cells in urine is because of infection. Some times it can be seen in diabetes and stones in the urinary system. Diagnosis depends on associated clinical symptoms, urine culture and imaging study.
Next Steps
Please mention any symptoms, urine culture. Ultrasound of kidney and urinary tract with mention of post void residual urine will need to be done.
