Please do a proper consultation from periodontist or a dentist nearby. The dentist will provide a teeth n gum cleaning procedure with proper medications to control pyorrhoea. Do not use home remedies. Chlorhexidine mouthwash n gum paint will help it heal

You are advised to visit Dentist and get teeth cleaning session and complete oral health evaluation which will help to identify the root cause of the problem. Medications are only pain killers and antibiotics which won't help to resolve the issue.
