Pysio after Post ACL surgery
Its been 8 weeks since my ACL reconstruction surgery, But my doctor is not suggesting me to physio and askin me to take one more month rest. so wats the solution for that. should i go with physio.

Hi. I think rehabilitation is a very important role after acl reconstruction. Your doctor must have a very valid reason for not allowing to do physio. I usually start physio immediately after surgery, full weight bearing walking after 1 month of surgery if no meniscal repair done.
