I'm on permanent Foley's catheter. How can I get rid of it? My urinary bladder capacity is hardly 20-30 ml.

You need detailed evaluation, why you are on catheter, will intermittent catheterisation can be an option. So consult properly. Bladder became small in patient in continue catheterisation, that’s why intermittent catheterisation can be a good option if can be indicated.
