Hi, my son is 1.5 month old and weighs 4.46 kgs.
We are giving Breastfeed. What is the quantity of milk that need to be given to the kid? Also using electric pum to know how many ML does the baby need.. Currently we are giving 60ml per feed

The important thing is weight gain and activity. If baby is gaining weight and active, there is no need to worry about how much milk to pump etc. 50 to 90 ml is the range at this age and it increases every month
