No it can't. In most cases that we come across, vaginal problems are a result of infection - due to use of public toilets etc or fungal in origin - due to dampness and low immunity. U can get both these conditions cured with Ayurveda

No frequent vaginal itching and infection won't cause hyperthyroidism. I would advise you to visit a gynecologist so that you can be evaluated physically and undergo the necessary investigations such as thyroid profile, CBC and have it treated accordingly. If you have a bacterial or fungal infection you will require medications for treatment. To control hyperthyroidism also will require constant medications. So kindly get evaluated and start the necessary medications at the earliest.
