Query about conflicting 2D Echo reports
I have chest pain for few months thus I did all the primary cardiac evaluations. ECG normal with Sinus tachycardia & TMT Negative. When I did 2D Echo at first it had finding of Mild Concentric LVH after a few days I again repeated 2D Echo but no mild concentric LVH was found to reconfirm I underwent 2D Echo at neutral diagnostic they too confirmed no mild concentric LVH was found. Is it possible that such a conflict of diagnosis can happen? Is my chest pain cardiac and are the above tests enough to rule out cardiac problems? I am a non smoker & non drinker.

Its a normal thing. Mild conc lvh and no lvh have very thin difference so no need to repeat echo. Your symptoms are nof heart related. These tests are enough to rule out heart related pain. No need to do any further heart tests
