Yes of course. You can have a stable cylindrical power for one/several years with keratoconus. However, it maybe worthwhile to remember that this does not indicate that your disease is stable/ not progressing.

Follow up with your treating Ophthalmologist every 3-6 months as advised, depending on your disease severity
