Can anxiety be genetic? Like I get panic for no reason. I used to be so mentally strong but lately I think I've become vulnerable and I get anxious sometimes for no reason. I'm on medication but still sometimes it happens for no reason.

Hi.. yes. Anxiety can be due to genetic and environmental factors.  It can be treated with medications and relaxation techniques.

Anxiety can run in families commonly. Despite treatment which makes a person comfortable most of the times there can be occasional episodes of Panic or increased anxiety. Usually for the same, psychiatrist s prescribe SOS medications. Good luck

Yes, it is and you can have a solution by using medicine and therapy. Some episodes can happen even on medication sometimes.

It's may be familial ..yes anxiety caused by unknown reasons ..you need to change your mental approach , comeout from your comfort zone , start daily exercise, yoiga and medicine and last but not least we may start your medicine
