Question on your method
Do you take a diagnostic test before prescribing medicines for depression and anxiety? My experience with my previous therapists so far has been otherwise. They had put me on a course of medicines without diagnosis and I feel uncomfortable with that.

diagnosis is mainly done through history. there is no blood test for anxiety and depression. only paper pencil test to assess severity of depression and anxiety. other diagnostic tests are done when diagnosis by history is unclear. apart from medication you can take psychotherapy and counseling. consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling. all the best seek help. dont suffer
